Highland Medical Aesthetics is a medical spa that was started by Sara Courtney who combined her complementary medical backgrounds in emergency medicine and plastic surgery into her love of aesthetic medicine. We offer an array of non-invasive treatments including injectables such as dermal fillers, Botox, laser hair removal and intense pulsed light treatments. In addition, we offer skin care treatments such as dermaplaning, facials, microneedling, chemical peels, and platelet-rich plasma treatments for skin regeneration, diminishing the appearance of scars, and hair regeneration.
