Event Description

These self care events are created for you to serve the world a better you! Engaging in a self-care routine has been clinically proven to reduce or eliminate anxiety and depression, reduce stress, improve concentration, minimize frustration and anger, increase happiness, and improve energy.

Admission is $50 before the event and $75 the day of the event.

Certificates will be given for the Sauna if you do not want to do it that day.
